To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay is required, or 100% of the payment if you reserve with the NANR specific rate).
We accept bank transfer or credit card (Visa, American express, or Eurocard/Mastercard. Cash). Only french checks are accepted for payments made at the residence.

All rates are quoted in Euros and include VAT and charges such as electricity, gas, water and heating.
The apartment rates excludes local taxes, cancellation insurance, and expenses of a personal nature such as laundry, telephone calls, etc.
CONDITION OF CANCELLATION
We recommend you to take the Cancellation Insurance with your reservation (4% of the total of your stay).
CANCELLING FEE :
- More than 14 days for long stays (or 7 days for short stays) before arrival : 30% of the total amount in cancelling fee.
- Less than 14 days (or 7 days for the short stay) before arrival, 100% cancelling fee is due to the Residence Vallorcine Mont-Blanc.
SPECIFIC NANR CONDITIONS : Bookings made with this condition are non changeable, non refundable and non cancellable.100% cancelling fee is due to the Residence in case of Cancellation.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATION BY US
We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the booking at any time (partial or full closure of one equipment). Services or activities might be changed without notice.
A 500 Euros deposit will be requested upon your arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded to you providing no local taxes and/or charges are outstanding, or that any damages have been caused to the properties.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Check-in and pick up of the keys is made on the day of your arrival from 5.00 pm. Keys must be returned to us before 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Pets are accepted in the residence at an additional cost. A fee will be charged for any damage caused by your pet.
You are responsible for ensuring that the apartment is not occupied by more people than is stated on your booking confirmation, which is set to the number of beds in the apartment.
We would like to remind you that the residence cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of any personal effects inside or outside our buildings, including the apartments, the covered parking or the public areas.
Departure process : The day of departure, we ask you to collect the dirty linen in the bathroom, empty the rubbish bins and take your garbage to the outdoor rubbish room located at the exit of the underground parking.
The residence propose a special kitchen cleaning service for a price of 50€/operation. We inform you that this service will also be available at any time during your stay for the same price. Any apartment returned in unreasonably dirty and untidy conditions will be automatically subject to an extra charge of 90€ to 130€ for deep cleaning.
Any complaints about the apartment, its contents, its cleanliness or our staff must be made to us within 48 hours after your arrival. We will take all reasonable steps to settle the problem. We shall not have any liability for complaints submitted after this period.
All common areas and all apartments are non smoking.
