These conditions of sale are applicable to all our customers, for the rental of apartments and all the services provided by the establishment.
RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be paid when booking (100% for reservations with a non-cancelable-non-refundable rate).
We have adapted our cancellation and modification policy for reservations and we offer you more flexibility with flexible and differentiated rates.
PAYMENT
Payment methods accepted: bank transfer - French check - Bank cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). In case of last minute booking, the full price will be paid.

PRICE
The prices indicated are inclusive of tax in Euros and include the provision of accommodation including charges (water, electricity, heating), with the exception of tourist tax and Cancellation insurance in addition. The prices communicated by the residence do not include tourist tax. This must be paid in addition at the time of departure. As an indication, this tourist tax is €3 per night per person aged 18 and over.
TERMS OF CANCELATION
FLEXIBLE OR SEMI-FLEXIBLE RATE FEES:
- More than 14 days before arrival, reservations for LONG STAYS (7 nights and more) can be canceled free of charge or with the deposit acquired and carried over to another reservation.
- More than 7 days before arrival, reservations for SHORT STAYS (1 TO 6 nights) may be canceled free of charge or with the deposit acquired and carried over to another reservation.
- Less than 14 days from arrival (long stays) and 7 days from arrival (short stays), the total reservation remains acquired and the stay can be postponed to other dates.
FOR RESERVATIONS IN NANR (= Non-cancellable Rate - Non-refundable): 100% cancellation fees will be retained from the time of booking. No postponement of stay possible.
STAY CHANGES
If circumstances force us to do so, we reserve the right to partially or totally modify our programs (total or partial closure of equipment). On-site services or activities are subject to change without notice.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A deposit of €500 will be required upon arrival. This will be returned at the end of your stay.
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES
The apartments are made available from 5:00 p.m. and must be returned to us before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure (except for local exceptions).
LUGGAGE
The residence provides its customers with luggage storage. Stored baggage remains the responsibility of the luggage room users. The Residence cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for theft, loss or damage to luggage stored by customers in the common areas of the establishment.
CHILDREN
- Persons responsible for children are asked to ensure that they do not access the facilities alone. Any incident caused by a child will be the responsibility of the responsible adult.
- The Spa is intended to be a relaxation space and the swimming pool is not supervised.
- access to the swimming pool is prohibited for unaccompanied children under 16; the children being the responsibility of the parents.
- access to the sauna and hammam is prohibited for unaccompanied children under 16 years old
- The Fitness area is prohibited for unaccompanied children under 16 years of age.
ANIMALS
Pets are accepted for an additional fee. Any damage caused by your animals will be subject to billing.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE TENANT
Upon departure, the tenant undertakes to return the apartment in a good state of cleanliness.
Linen: Sheets, duvet covers, towels and tea towels must be removed and placed in the bathroom.
Kitchen: The kitchen must be cleaned, the refrigerator emptied and the dishes stored in the spaces provided for this purpose.
Waste: As the residence is equipped for selective sorting, waste must be separated (clean plastic packaging, organic waste and glass containers), the bins emptied and taken down to the bin room.
Cleaning Services: Tenants who wish may request cleaning of the kitchen during or after their departure for an additional charge of €50. A package ranging from €90 to €130 is offered in addition for tenants wishing a cleaning service during their stay, or not wishing to carry out the final cleaning at the end of their stay.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaint must be made to reception within 48 hours of arrival to notify any dispute concerning the description, quality or cleanliness of the apartment. After this period, the residence will not take into account any complaints.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENTS
Standard descriptions given for information purposes and non-contractual photos. We inform you that not all bathrooms in our apartments are equipped with a bathtub. Please let us know if you have any special requests, we will make sure to satisfy you based on our availability.
